
From Tlaquepaque, Alma Robles is a second-generation artisan specializing in Wixárika art.
She learned the craft at age 6 from her mother. Her pieces reflect the ancestral worldview of her culture through symbolic patterns and colors. She has been part of Casa del Artesano in Tlaquepaque and has participated in FONART fairs, Corazón de Artesano, Expo Mujer Artesana, and Fundación Causa Azul events.
For Alma, being a Guardian of Culture means preserving a cultural legacy with the support of Fundación Causa Azul A.C.
