From Tonalá, María Genoveva is part of the fourth generation of the Pajarito family, known for barro canelo and burnished clay. She learned theoretically at age 10 and practiced seriously at 35, guided by her father and siblings.
Her pieces are designed with women in mind, combining function and aesthetics. She has participated in national events and worked with Fundación Causa Azul A.C. on Encuentro Guardianas, 'Nosotras,' Acciones Estratégicas II, and the Guardianas Pavilion.
For her, every brushstroke connects her with deep emotions, and being a Guardian of Culture means passing knowledge to new generations.
